Online bookings via the Smithy Clinic website are not affected by these changes.
Patients using Medical Insurance
You are required to pay the excess on your policy (usually £100) to the Smithy Clinic at the start of your course of treatment. When the course of treatment has concluded and the Smithy Clinic has been paid the full claim, you will be re-imbursed if the excess is not required.
Self Referral Patients
You are required to pay for your Initial Assessment and subsequent Follow-up sessions at the time of booking.
DNAs (Did Not Attend)
Unless at least 24 hours notice is given, all DNAs will be charged at the full cost of the session.
